Assessment

The assessment gives us a benchmark to measure your progress – ensuring you are moving in the direction of your desired results.

Before beginning your workouts, we will be using the Fit3D body scan system to gather data on your bodyweight, body composition, metabolic profile, and alignment/posture.

Once we gather the data from the Fit3D scan, we will conduct a movement assessment to observe your current fitness level and movement – along with reviewing any injuries or areas of concern. This will give us a complete overview of your body and will allow us to successfully begin your wellness journey.

Performance

Ammersion combines strength and conditioning in a 60-minute workout tailored to your fitness level. Each workout will include activation/prehab, functional strength training, and a power/core/conditioning component.

There are two different tracks to ensure you will reach your goal:

Track 1: a comprehensive program for those looking to build lean mass, lose weight, or start your fitness journey! This track focuses on unilateral/isolated movements in order to give you a strong, balanced body – preventing injuries while staying pain free!

Track 2:  a progressive strength and conditioning program. This means squats, presses, deadlifts – along with auxiliary movements to keep you moving efficiently and effectively. You will build muscle, burn fat, and get stronger than ever while staying injury and pain free!

REcovery

At Ammersion, we know how important recovery is to your improvement and progress. We offer many recovery tools accessible to all members, including NormaTech compression machines, percussive massage therapy, foam rollers, and infrared saunas.

Nutrition

Ammersion offers nutritional guidance by using the data from the Fit3D scan and a goal setting session. We take your basal metabolic rate (BRM), the amount of calories you burn at rest, to calculate your personal macros. Macros include how many calories you should consume in a day along with the breakdown of how much protein, carbs, and fat you should be eating. Ammersion will provide you a nutrition playbook with over 100 recipes to help guide you towards healthy eating, and for those who want to take their nutrition to the next level, 1-on-1 in depth coaching is available.
